Pull the inlet grille forward to gain access to the air filter. Shake the excess water from the filter before putting it back in. Rinse the filter under lukewarm running water until clean. Pull the filter straight up to remove it from the air conditioner.

Remove the air filter from the front grille by pulling the air filter up slightly. Gently shake away excess water from the filter allow it to air dry and reinstall the filter. This is to provide a reminder to clean the filter. Wash the filter using lukewarm water below 104 f 40 c.

Check the air filter every two weeks and clean it as necessary. With the panel unlocked press and hold the air filter or water filter button for 3 to 5 seconds.
