We re thinking about creating some extra storage space by building a roof space storage area.
As well as installing your new attic ladder your sellwood agent may be able to install a storage platform lining and ventilation.
The idea is to have someone install a decent access ladder and then add 15sqm or so of flooring in the roof space to give us some basic extra space.
If building a knee wall for storage like karl did with this project make sure to insulate that area as well.
